Do the Lakers really need Howard?

I think that if they can manage to get Dwight and CP3 they will be the biggest big 3 in the league.. and its highly possible.. Dwight said he wanted to play for the lakers and he refused to sign his extension(oh no he pulled a lebron) and CP3 has been talking about joining other all-stars for the last two years so its highly possible this little trio could form and dominate the finals for the next few years.
