Troubles reading sewing pattern?

im trying to find the right fabric to sew a shirt with but i dont understand the terms. it suggests laundered silks and rayons (among other much more "fancy" types that the local hobby lobby doesnt have like charmuse and double georgette). all i can find are poly satins. will this suffice?
