What is the most important position in basketball?

if i were building a team and could get a 10/10 at any position i wanted, i'd take a center. everyone knows its much easier to build around a star big man than a star guard. kobe is the most important on the lakers but they couldnt win until they got that star big to help him out. miami didnt win because their centers are too old or too young. (or in joel anthony's case, too small). when you look at the box score, what are the best indicators of who won or who is winning? points in the paint and rebounding. thats not to say that they matter more than anything else because there are lots of different factors but they indicate success more often than other (still important) stats such as bench scoring, turnovers, fast break points etc. tough decision but boy thatd be a great position to be in, when you have a ten on your team, no matter the position, you have a chance to win. and of course the merchandising and the ticket sales...
